Gini Swancy joined @properties in 2023 after having been a part of the Christie’s International Real Estate family in the Carolinas since 2015. Prior to launching her real estate career, Gini spent almost a decade as a Private Client Banker which gave her an invaluable foundation to help clients build investment real estate portfolios. She also became a certified Real Estate Stager as the result of working with a developer in St. Louis, MO pulling together the design of downtown lofts and apartments. She pulls from this diverse background to serve her clients at the highest level possible.
Gini is thrilled to return to Texas, but while away she experienced five corporate relocations giving her first hand knowledge of the process from beginning to end. Gini has lived in many different places beyond Texas including California, the Midwest and the Carolinas. This gives her a unique understanding of how Fort Worth, Parker County and Hood County compare to other parts of the country.
Relocations, investment properties and luxury real estate are the backbone of Gini's real estate experience. After having lost her husband in 2019 she recognized the gap in the industry for widows/widowers. In answer to this problem she created the Widow Real Estate Specialist℠ certification and works to educate other real estate professionals about the unique needs of this community.
Her mission is to be a resource and advisor before, during and after real estate decisions need to be made. She is fiercely protective of people experiencing loss and works tirelessly to understand her clients at every step and make the process fit their needs.
