Gini attended Texas State University where she graduated with a B.A. in Communications. She also attended the University of Missouri St. Louis to study psychology. After a successful career in the financial industry, she took the leap into fashion by attending the London Image Institute and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Gini worked with clients one on one to build the wardrobe that best suited their personalities, lives and gave them confidence. After shopping with clients she saw an opportunity to bring designer quality pieces for real women to the St. Louis market and opened her own boutique, Anatomy of Style. She expanded her inventory to include home decor.
Gini used her boutique’s home decor lines and worked with a developer staging his urban loft projects. Taking the most rewarding pieces of her background she decided that staging and redesign was where her passion was. Launching Gini Swancy Designs, LLC after a move to Charlotte, was the next logical step.
Her diverse background includes wealth management for affluent clients, image consulting and retail merchandising.This combination is the perfect marriage for a balance between investing in the right staging to sell a home quickly and considering the return on investment. Her primary focus is to keep her client’s money where it belongs…in their pocket!!
Gini is an ASP® Accredited Home Staging Professional and an HSR Certified Staging and Redesign Professional. She is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association, American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners, The International Association of Home Staging Professionals, The Charlotte Realtor® Association and the High Country Realtor® Association.
